- It is the responsibility of the Soccer Directors to ensure that the head coach of each of their school's teams has completed the CYC coach training class "Coaching to Make a Positive Difference" prior to the start of the season.

- The application deadline for first and second grade teams is 8/12/2010. The application deadline for Pre-K and Kindergarten teams is the first day of school.
Please submit a revised application if the make-up of the team changes dramatically.
Initial rosters are due 8/27/2010. Final rosters are due 9/30/2010. Please submit updated rosters as necessary.
- It is recommended that the Soccer Director or Pre-K/Kindergarten coaches of each school contact the parents of the incoming Pre-K/Kindergarten class prior to the start of school in order to meet the application and roster deadlines for any such team.
- Kindergarten and First Grade leagues start the weekend after Labor Day on Saturday, September 11. Second Grade leagues start the day after Labor Day on Tuesday, September 7. Leagues run for 9 weeks.
- Kindergarten league teams field 6 players including the goalkeeper. Eligible players are children in Pre-K, (age 4 prior to the start of the season) and Kindergarten.
- First and Second grade leagues teams field 8 players including the goalkeeper.
Eligible players are children in First and Second grade.
- Contact League Commissioner if you need players to complete a team or have players in need of a team.
- The league fee for each team is $200.00.
Each Soccer Director should provide one check for all of their teams.

- There are no official wins or losses, and league standings are not kept.
- Player trophies are provided by the league. Please return extra trophies to League Commissioner.
- Referees are provided and compensated by the league.
There is zero tolerance of any criticism or protest of a referee’s decision.
- The Kindergarten Girls and First Grade Girls league games are played on Sundays and the Kindergarten Boys and First Grade Boys league games are played on Saturdays at Msgr. Meyer Youth Center Mullally Fields
(4354 South Kingshighway).
- The Second Grade league games are played at Msgr. Sullivan Memorial Field at Epiphany Parish.
The boys league games are played on weeknights (6pm or 7pm) and Saturdays.
The girls league games are played on weeknights (6pm or 7pm) and Sundays or all weeknights depending on field availability on Sundays (
Epiphany of Our Lord Parish, 6596 Smiley Ave.).
- Boys teams play in all boys leagues and girls teams play in all girls leagues unless it is necessary to add mixed boys/girls teams to complete a league. Mixed grade teams play in the older grade division.
- Make-up Games:
If a coach is interested in playing a make-up game, he or she should first contact the other coach.
Upon agreement of the coaches to play a make-up game, contact the League Commissioner to schedule a game.
Lindenwood Park (small field) is available for make-up games and practices on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Sundays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Lindenwood Park is located on Jamieson Avenue between Lindenwood Place and Pernod Avenue.
Contact League Commissioner for a copy of the field permit.
Field at Epiphany is available for make-up games on Saturdays and certain Monday and Friday evenings.
